It doesn't sound like anything's wrong. The HV charge state very rarely reaches all-green in normal driving. It usually only happens after going down a long hill, like a mountain pass. For most driving, the charge level should stay somewhere in the middle most of the time.































Although the charge arrows may be pointed to the battery, the actual charging current may be very small. The arrows on the display don't tell the whole story, either. They just provide somewhat of an indication of the energy flow.
