Default 2006 Silver Toyota Corolla - Excellent Condition (Tempe (day) Gilbert (evening)) $10150

2006 Silver Toyota Corolla S for sale (76K miles). The car is in excellent condition and I am selling it simply because I want to buy a 2011 model. I am the only owner of the vehicle, Carfax will show 2 owners but that is because my father bought me this car before I bought it from him. In 2009, another Car side swiped my car causing a 4 inch scratch on the front right bumper which I had a paint job to repair - I am not even sure if this will show up on Carfax but I want to be honest (there was no damage done other than the small scratch). This car gets 34 highway miles per gallon and it very sporty looking, an excellent car for a teenager or someone who puts on a lot of miles for work (tires have a lot of tread). I have babied this car (kept very clean) and have never been late on a service or oil change. Below are some additional feel good facts:

1. I just replaced the brakes yesterday (2/24/11). I did not just replace the pads but the entire brakes and they have a lifetime warranty (I have a copy of the service record and receipt).
2. I have a copy of the service record for the last two oil changes performed (last one done was January 17th).
3. I replaced the Serpentine/Driving Belt on May 21, 2010 (I have a copy of the service record and receipt).
4. I just passed Emissions Testing on the Car in January of 2011 and this is good for two years.
5. I have the receipt for the car battery and I beleive there is a 3 year warranty on it.

*I can send an email with the copies of the service records above upon request (these are expensive services I could have avoided and still sold the car).

The car received its 30K mile maintenance service and 60K mile maintenance service which includes:

1. Replace Oil and Oil Filter
2. Rotate Tires
3. Replace Cabin Filter
4. Replace Air Filter

Kelley Blue Book Lists the following Prices for the vehicle:

Excellent - $10,350
Good - $9,650

I have chosen a price in between the two (with NO TAXES and NO FEES) which I think is fair since I performed multiple services (including the brake service yesterday) that I did not have to do and could have sold the care for the same price without them. I also know that (according to Kelley Blue Book) that if you were to buy this car from a dealership they would charge $12,175 (+ taxes and fees of $1,800) and I can confirm this because I went to the dealership yesterday (savings to you of about $3,800). You may find another Corolla on Craigslits for a little less, but not one that is in as good of a condition and can provide service records.

The Car includes the following features:

Cold A/C
Cruise Control
Power Steering
Tilt Wheel
CD Player
Dual Airbags
Rear Spoiler
Alloy Wheels
Tires with a lot of tread
Arizona Car only - so no rust issues at all
Two Keys, Two Remoteless Key Entries, One Valet Key
Clean Title
Darkest Tint allowable by law

If you are interested in the Car please give me a call (or text) on my cell phone at 480-202-1695 or use the link included to email. I am in Tempe (Kyrene and Warner) during the day and Gilbert (Power and German) in the evening and on weekends. I will require that the purchase be done at a bank where the title can be signed over an notarized. You can come and test drive the car any day of the week, but I will not make the sale on a Sunday (any other day is fine). I am not in a hurry to sell the car so dont try to swindle me... serious offers only.
