It takes a foot on the accelerator to cause a car to exceed the
speed limit. Heavy feet, not the type of car, is what leads to
speeding tickets. Almost every car made is capable of exceeding
the posted limits by large amounts.
Even my lowly Corolla is capable of blasting down the interstate
at rates that would give a Texas DPS trooper a hard on.
So I think this thread should be renamed to "Is your heavy ass
foot on the gas pedal getting you more traffic tickets?".
There, it's done.. :/

I think it's not a good idea to abuse the features of the car. I've tried doing such a thing and my car ended up really exhausted and the parts are extremely burned.
