Best advice dont go to a Lexus dealer becaus they will jack your money and over charge you I mean over charge you. Go to small auto shops or look online for a new dashboard that will be the best that can be done.

If at all possible, I would avoid taking your RX300 to a dealership, as they not only charge exorbitant prices for parts but also labor. A solid independent Lexus repair shop should easily be able to repair or replace your dashboard. In the event that it does have to be replaced, I recommend buying your parts from a good OEM Lexus parts store like lexuspartsnow.com. I've bought IS300 parts from them in the past and both the prices and customer service was exemplary.
