Unless you have to buy a 2011 model, I'd suggest looking for a Certified Pre-Owned Lexus LS460 L. It's very reliable, extremely comfortable and technologically advanced, and the long-wheel base "L" model has about 5" of additional legroom compared to the short-wheel base LS460. You should be able to find an 07-08 model for under $50,000 depending on the car's options and condition. And don't worry about it being a few years old, the Lexus LS has consistently been at or near the top on all reliability surveys.

The LS460 L some other lame brain mentioned is nothing but a Toyota Camry with a few more options.
