Default Is it possible to (cosmetically) change the taillights on a 2003 SC430 to make it look like a

2007+ model? ie Red/White configuration rather than the red/yellow? Are the lights as aftermarket parts (even OEM) the same size, mold, etc.? Thank you in advance.

No only the clear & red lens tail lights will fit the 2006-2010 Lexus SC430 models, the dimensions are slightly different between the 2002-2005 Lexus SC430 tail lights with the mid life cycle facelifted 2006-2010 Lexus SC430 models. I checked Ebay and aftermarket parts for 2002-2005 SC models are very hard to find, I dont think they make any since aftermarket parts for that car are rarely on demand. However I do know you can convert your Halogen headlights on older SC models for Factory or aftermarket Xenon headlights like on the newer SC models.
