Default Lexus RX300 Traction control problem?

2002 Rx300 suv. At a standstill when i start to accelerate I get sort of grinding noise coming from the front and on the dash the traction control light comes on. Once i let go of the accelerator pedal and press it again the car runs fine. If i let go of the breaks and press the accelerator very very gently, the problem doesnt appear. Only when i accelerate normally from a standstill.

any ideas?

I would take the car to autozone or advanced, and they can scan the car for codes, you may have a problem with your ABS sensor,

The ABS sensor measures the individual wheel speed, and if one wheel speed sensor is off, the Traction contol system could think that your wheel is spinning or stopped when it should be accelerating with the rest of the wheels.
