so if i bring it in to lexus and have them add a screen, and a backup camera, how much would that be?

and would other places outside of lexus have it? would that be cheaper or more expensive?

To make it look factory (like your picture), can't be done. That's a factory installed option, not a dealer installed one. The car either comes with it or it doesn't. You can't bring it to Lexus and have them do it.

To just add an aftermarket back-up camera (similar to hanging an aftermarket GPS off your dash or windshield), only about $100 from any electronics store......but it certainly isn't pretty and integrated like you're talking about.
