Default Why does my Lexus IS250 shake while at a stop sign?

I notice while stopped, the right gauge shows it isles between 0 and 1 so I'm assuming its trying to stay idle and not die? What causes this and how can it get fixed? Thanks!

Most likely a plug wire is disconnected or loose. Check that every ignition wire is snapped into place. You must do this by feel while the engine is off.

It could be a throttle body, if it is get it checked and it could be as simple as getting it cleaned. Generally if a vehicle is idling low or struggling cleaning the throttle body will sort this. It is more common on slightly older cars. If it were a spark plug you would notice a constant judder.
