Default 2010 Lexus is250 wont start middle of the night help!!?

I sat in my car going between fully on and fully off for about 2 hours.., when I try to turn the engine on the brake is completely locked and the screen reads "depress the brake" I do that and press the start button with the key and nothing happens... The only thing that happens is my lights, air, and music come on but not the engine so I don't think the battery is dead. Someone told me it's the kill switch.., if someone has experienced this or know what is wrong please please help, thank you

I don't know anything about new cars. But if you were using your car without it running like just listing to the radio or something it might be just a dead battery. It just doesn't have enough power to turn over the car but still has enough for the radio etc. Best way to test is turn on your brights and honk the horn. If lights r dim or horn sounds different I'm sure it's your battery
