Default IS250 or IS350?! Please help!?

The second generation IS(2006-2012) has been my dream car ever since it made its first debut. Now back then I only liked it for its style, so the 250 would have been great. Now, I like speed. Cross that, I love speed, I love the feeling of being pushed back into your seat so that extra 100 ponies would be loveley. so now I'm leaning towards the 350. But my only dillema is... the 350 doesnt come standard! Now this is going to be my first car I have ever purchased, and i really want an IS, so 250?(manual! But with less power..) or 350(300hp! But automatic...). I live in canada so the rwd would be a pain in the winter. But I don't care lol! Another thing is, I want to dress the car up with rims, lower it and a couple of bolt ons. Nothing on performance because I want my engine stock. If I get the 350, apparently I will have less street cred because its an automatic? But is it my fault that toyota didnt build a manual trans gearbox for the beautiful 300 plus pony engine!? HELP!

"Now, I like speed"

^^IS350 suits your needs.

"I love the feeling of being pushed back into your seat so that extra 100 ponies would be loveley."

^^This is your everyday car, you won't be flooring it all the time."I live in canada so the rwd would be a pain in the winter. But I don't care lol!"

^^you will regret this, look for an 250 or 350 AWD. RWD can be very dangerous on the roads, just slow down.

"If I get the 350, apparently I will have less street cred because its an automatic?"

^^ What is this, need for speed underground? No offense but this is a childish statement. A car is a car, you will be using it from point A to point B. Some people like manuals because of driving pleasure and some like automatic because they don't want to operate the clutch in heavy traffic. You make the decision which one you are comfortable with. "I want to dress the car up with rims, lower it and a couple of bolt ons."

^^ Can't help you there but all I will say is if you get ISF parts, you car will look much better than using aftermarket parts. " But is it my fault that toyota didnt build a manual trans gearbox for the beautiful 300 plus pony engine!? "

^^No its not your fault, the demand for a manual IS350 low so Toyota never bothered with it.
