Default 2000 Lexus Es 300 Transmission or Electrical problems?

My cars RPM wont switch gears by itself. I have to take my foot off the gas to change gears. Ive took my car to several car shop and I'm stuck because one says its transmission problems and the other says its electrical. Help! I don't know what to do!

sounds like a Tork censer is going out.

Your transmission is going bad.... How many miles? How's the fluid? Have you replaced the fluid every 50,000 miles? I believe it is time to rebuild your transmission, If I was you I will take the car to a Certified Transmission Shop like Ammco (not a car shop) GOOD LUCK!
