I've got your same car, Love the thing! ECT PWR is a switch located in between the shiftier and the little storage container you rest your arm on while driving. It pretty much activates sport mode in the car. Allowing High Rpm shifting, in turn causes the car to go much faster. The switch also says Snow, which makes the car's suspension and brakes to react to a snowy environment. I recommend using the Snow mode while driving in the Rain so that your less likely to hydro-plate while starting to move for a dead stop (ie: Red light, Stop sign.) Use the ECT PWR mode for when u need fast acceleration light merging onto a highway.
