The clocks cannot be changed. All Lexus owners must buy new cars.

Standard Digital ClockLocate the clock-setting buttons on the dashboard panel in your 2003 Lexus. The buttons you need should be located directly beneath the clock display and will be labeled "Clock", "H" and "M". Press and hold the "Clock" button while changing the time in your 2003 Lexus. You can use the button marked "H" to set the hour on your clock; release the "H" button when the correct number value is displayed. The minutes on your clock are set using a very similar process. Press the "M" button until the desired number value is displayed, then release. When you are finished setting the clock in your 2003 Lexus, release the "Clock" button. Navigation ClockIn Lexus models with GPS navigation systems the dashboard panel clock is satellite-controlled. This means that, for the most part, your clock will reset itself without any help from you. Daylight savings time is the exception to this rule. Because your satellite-controlled clock isn't programmed to adjust for daylight savings time, you will have to turn the daylight savings time feature on and off manually. Press the "Clock" button to display the "Adjust Clock" screen. Check to be sure that correct time zone is displayed; change the time zone, if necessary, by touching the "Time Zone" button and selecting the appropriate zone. To activate daylight savings time in March, press the "On" button underneath the daylight savings time heading. In November, press the "Off" button to turn off the daylight savings time feature. When you're finished, press the "Ok" button to exit the "Clock Adjust" screen.
