...synthetic oi? i own a 2013 lexus es-350. i have brought it to my dealer and noticed another dealer is doing an synthetic oil blend oil change. is there a difference between the "synthetic blend" vs a regular synthetic oil change?

There is no such thing as "regular synthetic". It is synthetic blend or full synthetic. For general use in car engines they both are a waste of money. You will hear all the "experts" say it won't break down and you will get better gas mileage and longer engine life, they just can't prove it.
