Well as of now, there are no known plans to change the body of the ES 350, since they only came out with the newest body last year. But they will definietly be changing the body within the next 5-7 years as they usually do, but not any time soon. You can always check the lexus website (lexus.com) and check what future cars are coming out, they usually show the newest body types of a car as well.

Since the new ES 350 body style just came out last year, its probably gonna come out in 2 more years because car company usuallly change the body style every 3 years

If they follow the same re-design pattern as they have previously, the next generation ES should come out in 2011.
