Default 1996 Lexus ES 300 should I get it?

There is a 1996 Lexus ES 300 selling on craigslist for $2250. The car has 108,000 miles on it.

Lexus' are supposed to be extremely reliable, but like any older car it will need repairs. How is the maintenance on these? If you find an independent mechanic shouldn't the cost be within reason. They are just a luxury camry right? lol

How was this year and model for reliability and repair costs overall?

My parents sold their 98 es300 a year ago. They never did anything except regular maintenance the whole time they had it. They were the second owners.
