I'm certain that you can go to the Lexus web site and find all the information that you want to know.

The main difference is the larger engine in the 350. Both have a V6 engine but as the names suggest, the 250 has a 2.5L while the 350 has a 3.5L

Angel, please capitalize your name. All proper names in English must be capitalized no matter what the Internet protocol dismisses are rules of grammar. "lexus.com" is a web address. But, Lexus, the name, must be capitalized. Angel, the same rule applies to the pronoun, I, and to the first letter, or word, of each sentence. Angel, please do not write using texting slang shorthand code lingo. Not becoming, not correct and is incredible rude. I am. Such a simple expression. I'm. The contraction. Such a simple contraction. Angel, this is really bad English down to the "or m i getting.." Really? Others have directed to places to find information as to cars. How old are you? Please write correctly always.

Basically, just the engine.

The 250 is a 2.5L engine (2.5 = 250), the 350 is a 3.5L engine.

They're both V6s, but the 250 is a small one that delivers around 200 hp, as compared to the 350 that's good for about 300 hp.

350 = Bigger engine, faster car.
