I am a 16 year old male with a flexible budget. I like to stand out and want something not many others have.

No, you should get a junkier car to learn how to drive first.

My guess is (at 16yrs. old) you will be an idiot at some point and wreck it while you are learning how to drive.

Do you want to wreck a $800 car or a $25,000+ car?

If you want to stand out like a spoiled brat, that is the car to buy.

If you want to look like a tool, that is the car to buy.

If you want to stand out in a positive way, buy a common car and take really good care of it. Keep it clean, Take good care of it. In return you will stand out as a decent person and gain the respect of others.

If you want to be different, buy something a little different without being a snob.

How about a Pontiac Aztek? Not many people have those, and you'll most definitely stand out.

No, I guess it way too much expensive to insure for a young driver, check & compare your insurance rates before spending your budget: http://insurance-rip-off.blogspot.com/

buy a Honda or Toyota. Use 1/4 of the money you save to buy a ground effects kit and a graphics package. You will stand out a LOT more and still be able to afford to but gas in it!.
