rom the owner's manual for a 2007 Lexus ES350, it is 6.0 qts (5.7 L) without a filter and 6.4 qts (6.1 L)

5W-20 Is recommended for your car.It holds 5 quarts.Mobile 1 synthetic or conventional oil,or Castrol synthetic or conventional oil is the best.Of course that's a matter of opinion but I like Mobile 1 the best.K&N makes the best oil filter because it traps particles down to 5 microns small, which is the best filtering capability out there

I would recommend and Lexus also Recommends you use Synthetic Oil. AMSOIL is the best 100% Synthetic Oil in the World. AMSOIL goes 25,000 miles on the same oil and filter as well as giving you a 6% savings in fuel. For your 2009 LEXUS ES350 3.5L 6-cyl Engine Code 2GR-FE You need:

7 Quarts of SAE 5W-30 Signature Series 100% Synthetic Motor Oil (ASLQT)

1 Absolute Efficiency Oil Filter (EA15K02)
