Should I buy 2006 lexus IS 250, (97000 miles) for $11000? Does it have too many miles? How's resale?

Sounds a bit high in price for almost 100K miles, especially for a is250.

If it has a V6 engine the mileage shouldn't be a problem, and being a Lexus it's topped quality ratings for a long time. And I also think it's the only brand to receive 99% satisfaction from customers, so in terms of quality and reliability you won't have to worry.

Resale for luxury cars are always a little more brutal than for regular cars, they will depreciate more but for a Lexus it won't be as bad as others. Try to get the price down as much as you can and if you still like it then go for it.

For only 97000 miles it sounds like a fair deal in excellent condition though it only books for 12500$ though.
