Default Car crashed under warrenty, is this a valid reason for the dealership to provide repairs look

at my case below? I was driving home from the dealership after purchasing a used car that they had looked over by a mechanic. The steering wheel was shaking and the car was drifting right and I was on the highway and lost control and clipped a guardrail. I'm under a 30 day warrenty and I was wondering if they will fix it because my tire pressure light was on and my psi on the right tire is 46 and on the left its 61. I believe this is what cause the steering wheel to shake and my car to drift off to the right. The damage is pretty bad to the rear panel.

No they will not pay for the damage. But if you can prove that the car was unstable you may get a better brand new car or cash.
