Well the first thing to understand is where you can get them each. Toyota 86 is basically the same thing as the Scion FRS, but toyota markets the car as scion in the United States.

The car was a joint project, and they all have the same subaru boxer engine. The power output is going to be the same on them. In addition, if you want power, this is not the best car to buy, but rather you should buy this car for the handling and fun

The differences between the cars will mostly be in styling, features, and some small stuff like suspension and clutch adjustments.

They're the exact same car. None of them makes any more power than the other. The only performance difference is a slightly stiffer suspension setup on the Subaru. That's it.

All of them have the same power. But, except for TRD and STi versions of the 86 and brz respectively. If i were you, id wait for the brz sti to be released and definitely go for it. Google some pics and it really looks nice, not looking like any other wannabe gearhead who just bought an 86 to get chicks
