Default What to upgrade on the Scion FR-S?

So I got the FR-S. It's very sexy and handling is awesome however It's not all that fast. I find that even when im flooring it im just not seeing the power i want. What do you suggest I change to add more power. I don't want to break the bank. I don't want to spend much more than 3 or 4k on upgrades. Where should I start? Suggestions...

They have TRD intakes and exhaust kit at scion or you can turbocharge the engine. But the intake and exhaust kit will cost you around your budget and will probably give you a decent 15-20hp.

Headers, full exhaust system, drop in filter, and tune, go e85 if your looking for more power but just make sure there's a local pump at your location
