Default I want to upgrade my 05 scion tc release edition engine. Any suggestions?

I have a stock scion tc automatic release edition. I'm an idiot when it comes to engines so I'm looking to get feedback from the gurus.

I've seen turbo kits and super chargers which of these will yield better results and can they be done together? I've heard the 05 engines can take more boost than later models and that stock can only handle up to 350hp without major modifications but will put some decent wear one the engine. Also if anyone has a ballpark price in mind for what this would cost feel free to share.

Please, no insults directed towards me or anyone responding to this post.

A "Turbo" IS a supercharger. If you want a "stock" Scion engine to make over 350 horsepower, plan on rebuilding it about every 30 seconds of running time.

Before you start spouting off about things you don't understand and making yourself sound like a complete idiot, you need some education about what it REALLY takes to build and maintain a high performance engine in a street automobile. Instead of listening to all the 12-year-old ideas your friends come up with, I suggest you actually READ a book or two. Who knows. You might even learn something useful.
