130,000 miles on a 2007 car?

Hello, I'm looking into buying a car. I came across an ad from an owner selling a 2007 Scion tC. He says the odometer reads about 132,000 miles. If he is asking a little over $5,000, is this a good deal and do Scions usually get high mileage like this?

It's a Toyota, and if the maintenance has been up to date, totally good to go for another 70k until major overhaul. What does KBB say about the price? That's just 25% more miles per year than the "average"

Hello,

Always remember that a Scion is an arm of Toyota so reliability will never be an issue. 132K on a 7 year old car should mean that it has been pretty reliable, having being on the go for most of the time will mean little chance that it has spent time off the road due to problems.

I always buy higher mileage cars and by todays standard 132k is not high at all. You should be able to get 250k without any real issues. Service history is very important and make sure the oil has been changed regularly. Here in the UK Tototas make up about 50% of all the taxi`s so prove their worth.
