2006 Scion Tc overheating?

Default 2006 Scion Tc overheating?

It overheats but only stays that way for a couple minutes then the indicator goes back down to its normal temperature. It's not leaking any water or oil or anything like that. What could it possibly be?

A flukey indicator, prob































have Toyota do the next oil change and their included multi point inspection.































Always have the brand name dealer do that and all sched maint, not Joe Blow

and when engine is cool, check coolant level in radiator.
