Are my heart stats OK? I used to have 130 total Cholsteral when I was in my 20s. Presently I am in my 60s. I work out (300- push-ups a day; etc..), run, I work 80+ hours a week at the office (And at home) and I am 20LBs overweight .

I am going to eat more veggie/vegan!

No way to know without a blood test. What it was 40 years ago means nothing to what it is now

Bend over and one of us will give you the lube and oil you deserve for posting in the automotive section! Sounds like you're drinking way too much caffeine or 5 hour energy!!
