Default Would you buy a 06 Scion tC with 105k miles??

Okay so ill be getting my license in a week and need to get a car my budget is 6,000 dollars and i could clearly get a really cheap car but my parents want it to be reliable so they don't have to put more money in to fix the car. This car will kinda just be a temporary car that i will use for about 2 in a half to 3 years at the most and i will be getting a brand new car once i graduate high school. I been looking around on craigslist and i came across and 06 scion tc with 105k miles on it for 5,950. would be a good deal why or why not? Since the millage is high will it last about 3 years? Is this car a good car and reliable? Please help and could you explain why or why not this would be a good deal the car is automatic and by the pictures theres no scratches or dents

It all comes down to how well the person or persons who previously owned it took care of it, that being said I have a 06 tc and I am going on 125k miles and I haven't had any problems and it has been a great car. Check service records if they have them. Spark plugs are scheduled to be changed at 100k, check the brake fluid and make sure it isn't black and trans fluid for the same and check if there is any rust buildup under the antifreeze pressure cap. If it was taken care of it will last you I would say, as for the price I can't say I would know if that was a good deal or not.
