Default Scion tc or nissan sentra for first car?

So I'm getting my license very soon and I've been looking for a good first car.. I'm stuck between a 2011 scion tc or a 2011 nissan sentra... idk! I love the sporty look of the scion tc but for the nissan the insurance is low.. any suggestions?

Both would be suitable. Boring, but suitable.

Check a different insurance provider. Insurance rates often have to do with the type of engine is in the car. I don't think either of these vehicles have more than a 4 cylinder engine and they are both under 200hp which isn't much power. I think you should consider whether or not you prefer two doors or four doors. Also, the scion has some really cool customization that you can do to it.

Here's a link to a Nissan Sentra special I saw.

And also a custom Scion page
