Default what does this icon on the board mean?

I noticed a car with rear lights on icon at the lower left corner of
the dashboard going on and off lately? What does that icon mean? I
don't have my manual with me as I'm out of town.

Thanks,

It means brake or tail lights, mine went on to today and off, but my
wires have corroded conections.

Thank you all for the answer. I took a look and my rear light was off.
I will have to replace the bulb quickly or it could be dangerous.

If it's one of a pair of lights, try to get two identical (brand and
model) bulbs and replace them both. The 'bulb out' light can sometimes
come on if you have two working bulbs with different resistances.
