Default 1995 - Falling Headliner

A sun roof place wants $300-350 to fix the headliner. They say they will
take the old liner off, scrape out the foam and re-glue it back up. I'd do
it myself but It would probably look like crap.

Does this seem expensive?

Get a tube of headliner glue from AutoZone, CarQuest, etc. If you really
wanna get anal about it, remove the plastic trim from the pillars and
remove the headliner...it's pretty straightforward. Spray the adhesive and
let it tack, then let it set. About $12 and 12 hours.

This time of year, spray outside and let it sit overnight in a warmer
place, after the solvents flash off if it's going to be in a place where
you may smell it in the house (flash time about 15-20 mins)
Otherwise, just do it in the car; pull the loose part of the headliner,
spray the adhesive, let it tack and then set. You can either poke a hole
in the liner if it's an old car and you don't care (a small hole, just
enough to spray) or, again, remove the pillars.
