Default 1997 toyota camry starting problem

i blew a tire out and it took out the wire harness under the fender replaced
the harness but car will try and tur over but wont fuel pump does kick on but
wont turn over please help need car to get to work thanks chris

I don't understand your staement "car will try and tur over but wont"
are you saying that it cranks but does not start, or does not crank?
If the car will not crank, check the 5A starter fuse in the fuse panel
under the DASH it may have blown when the harness was dammaged.
