Obviously check the bulbs and sockets, but also check the wiring bundle
that repeatedly flexes at the trunk hinge - which is a common problem.

Alot of Camrys have a tail light sensor, it is usually a yellow
plastic box in the trunk by the left or right trunk hinge, you need get
a chilton manual and troubleshoot it with a meter or try jumping around
the sensor to see if it is the problem. If not then check bulbs, power
and ground to taillights.
