Default Troopers make heroin bust during traffic stop in Lucas County

The Ohio State Highway Patrol says it busted a driver with more than $18,000 worth of heroin during a traffic stop on Jan. 8. According to troopers, authorities stopped a 2012 Toyota Camry with Illinois registration for following too closely and turn signal violations on the Ohio Turnpike. Troopers say they observed criminal indicators and a patrol drug-sniffing canine alerted to the vehicle.
