no dash lights / tail
1993 Corolla LE 1.77 L (Canadian); 385,000 km
The dash and console lights are not operating. (The turn signal
indicators, high beam indicator, overdrive-off dash lights all work).
As well, the tail running lights don't work. (The brake lights, turn
signals, 4-ways and back-up lamps are working.)
Is this possibly something simple like a relay, or is it something horribly
complicated like the headlight switch?
Your suggestions would be greatly appreciated. Thanks, Jack

I would check the fuses fisrt, of course! I don't know about American
cars, and I don't know if it's a law in Japan, but on Japanese cars, if
the taillights go out, the instrument cluster goes with it.
On a Nissan I had it was a bad wire in the harness. But that's a Nissan...

Re: no dash lights / tail
Blown fuse.
The lights on the instrument cluster and the tail lights share the same
fuse.

Unless it's a Supra...
