Toyota have reached an agreement with
opposing attorneys for a class-action
lawsuit against Toyota to allow examine the
software that runs Toyota's vehicle
onboard computer system. Mark Robinson,
one of the lead class action lawsuit
attorneys said that his team would hire
as many as 12 software and electronic
experts to review the code that
controls the electronic throttle
on Toyota vehicles and other possible
design flaws that could cause sudden
acceleration.
