Default Here's why Ford wouldn't let Tesla use the name 'Model E'

Tesla originally wanted to call the Model 3 the Model E, but Ford blocked that. Now it appears the Blue Oval may use that name for a dedicated hybrid model aimed squarely at the Toyota Prius that could also spawn plug-in hybrid and all-electric variants.
