Default Platform shift drives Toyota changes

Toyota is accelerating the shift of its unibody products to a new modular platform that offers both better efficiency and sportier driving dynamics, known internally as Toyota New Global Architecture, or TNGA. It already has moved the Prius hybrid, the new C-HR crossover and the Camry to the platform.
