Default Toyota NHRA and NASCAR drivers take on the dirt

Before the Brickyard 400 festivities began, NASCAR Cup Series Playoff driver and Southern 500 winner Erik Jones, 2019 NHRA U.S. Nationals winner Doug Kalitta and 2018 NHRA Funny Car World Champion J.R. Todd got to experience a different form of racing: USAC midgets, as they turned laps at the Dirt Oval at Indianapolis Motor Speedway. They were each paired with driver coaches, who were fellow Toyota teammates Christopher Bell, Logan Seavey and Tucker Klaasmeyer. With Bell and Seavey being former USAC National Midget Champions, these ‘rookies’ were getting advice from some of the best. Check out the clip as the drivers united and a whole lot of fun was had.
