Default 2001 toyota sienna makes a sound in the engine like its in the neutral when gets hot

and running 35mph? and when its making the sound it loses its power.

Sounds like your transmission is slipping check your fluid if it is a dark color it is burnt you will need a transmission overhaul if the fluid is red and low add some fluid
