Default 2003 toyota camry trunk help?

I have key less entry on my 2003 toyota camry and on that remote i have a button that makes my trunk pop. When it pops it will unlock but it won't open all the way, i was just wondering if there is anything i can do to make my trunk pop all the way open.

You know, that's a funny Toyota thing. My Lexus ( a Toyota ) has the same "feature". They just unlock and sit there barely higher than their closed positions. No, without a lot of modifications, you can't change it. European cars on the other hand, pop open quick enough to knock your head off. My Mercedes has a switch to set whether the trunk opens 1/2 way or all the way which is a great feature. Sorry.

The modification on a car soon to be 7 years old is too expensive to consider. Whatever would be done would only reduce the space in the trunk. Are you willing to make that kind of trade off?
