Due you know when the parts where replaced? Did you see any receipts for the work or parts. There is allot of miles on this vehicle but allot of work has been done.Anytime you buy a used vehicle you are taking a chance. If all the work was done I probably would buy the vehicle as long as they can show proof the work was done.

Keep in mind that it's very rare that someone would sell a good running vehicle especially after doing all that work to it.You can also take it mechanic and have them due a compression test to see how the rings are

1500 is cheap for a camry that is a 1997. My dad has a 89 camry and that has 335,000 miles on it and still runs great! If the car has been well taken care of it should last you a lot longer than 276,000. You can try to get a car fax on it and see if they have any receipts from all the work they did on it. If they just got all that work done on it I would say its a good deal. Toyota's are always going to be worth money. I paid 1500 for a 92 toyota 4x4 truck with no motor in it! and that was a good deal. I wish you luck!

I think that to prevent you from being scammed, I should buy the car first and test drive it for several years, for you, to protect you. Hey. . .i'm that kind of guy who'd sacrifice for you, to keep you safe. Just email me where to get it. . . .

That's a good golly price. If it's had timing chain and water pump done recently, and body is in very good shape, spend those bucks, idiot!! Get that car before someone else does!!!

However, 275,000 miles is hideously much for a 12 yr old car. That's about 24,000 miles per year, about twice as much as should be. But if it's mostly highway miles, then it's not bad at all.

But nearly 300K miles is still nearly 300K miles, regardless. Mileage means most to engine, but other parts also wear out with 300K miles. Struts are super important. Don't worry about tires. tires are meaningless, because tires wear out the most. But other stuff---battery, alternator, brakes, struts/shocks, power steering pump, bearings, cv joints, are all parts that after nearly 300K miles are gonna be pretty dang tired of being driven. so there's a much greater chance of them needing fixing very very soon.

But if you're getting car just for buzzing around town, for staying in town, sounds like incredible deal!!!

Hey, will you pick my Lotto numbers, too??
