Default 1997 toyota tacoma 4x4?

I know toyota trucks are built to be run into the ground from personal experience, but a six cylinder with 200,000 miles? Has anyone ever owned one of these trucks with such high mileage?

I have personally seen an earlier generation Toyota 4x4 go well over 400,000 miles. It still ran fine but needed the head gasket replaced and the owner did not want to spend the money. I have a 1996 T100, which has the same drive train as the truck in question and it still works like the day I bought it new, it does not use a drop of oil. If these trucks are taken care of you cannot kill them. The only issue that I have seen is frame rust. If you are thinking about buying one the most important thing to do is to check the condition of the frame.
