I just wanna make sure I didn't screw myself

Also, I live in the state of Ky if that makes any difference.

That sucks well I'll keep them on until I get stopped then put back in my originals. Appreciate it though

Man, that's purple. If the highway patrol in your area are really strict on lighting, good luck. If you want better lighting and less hassle from the HP, sell the bulbs and get some 5000k or 6000k HID bulbs. I can guarantee you that if the HP there is strict on modifications, especially lighting, you will get a ticket.

Yes you screwed yourself.

The first time a Cop sees you they will chase you down. That's way, WAY too purple. You will stick out like a sore thumb too.

Not to mention with something that Purple you won't be able to see very well. It's just too dark of a color to light anything up.

I hope you don't have any warrants.

also never been flashed at.

I live in the state of Ohio.

12000K has a higher blue output than 8000K. so im not really sure.

Do yourself a favor and install lower color temperature bulbs. The more you stray from the oem HID color temperatures, the less light output. The OEMs range from 4100K to 4300K -- these are brightest at 3400 lumens. 5000K imo, are a nice compromise, which are at 3200 lumens. A lot of people like 6000K, which are bluer & aren't quite as bright as 4300K & 5000K.
