If it is turning over slowly, I would guess the battery.















There are quite a few Auto parts store now that can test your battery and charging system for free as you wait.

Need more info - Does it crank ?? When it runs, is it okay ?? Any other seemingly unrelated problems? If it doesn't crank, is it an automatic or manual tranny.

no not necessarily the starter...it runs pretty consistenly under any condition. i would check your battery, you say its in the morning that you have issues. your battery has cold cranking amps which is less than what is put out when the weather is warmer or your engine is warmer.
