I've done that twice on my garage kept 1999 toyota Solara and it only has 38,000 miles on it. Yes according to your mileage it should have been done long ago! Definitely do it. It will preserve your transmission!...PS it should be both flushed AND changed to fully new fluid.

wow just a little late there buddy,then blame toyota when your car fails,,do you maintenance on schedule,then you will have a nice reliable toyota,but don't go blaming them if your head is blown or rust in your block cause its your fault this would have happened,get it flushed not just replaced

Take it to a reputable tranny shop were they pump out the whole system.
