EGR Flow Insufficient code on a 1999 Toyota Camry?

Default EGR Flow Insufficient code on a 1999 Toyota Camry?
I'm getting that EGR flow insufficient code on my 1999 Toyota Camry 4-cylinder LE automatic.































I've been getting that code shortly after I got in an accident, I had to replace the fender, bumper, and windshield water device but nothing else appeared to be damaged. It could be a coincidence that the code popped up shortly after...































Before the accident it was babied its whole life, it has 81,000 miles.































Any advice?

More than likely it's a coincidence because all of the EGR components are bolted on the engine but who knows!































A fast easy 1st check is to unhook the vacuum line to the EGR valve itself and get a piece of vacuum hose and attatch it to the valve and suck on it(no laughing please) with the engine running. If it starts idling rough then dies, then you just eliminated 2 probable causes in about 2 minutes. You know the valve works and the passage ways through the system are not clogged.































Then it's either the vacuum solenoid, back-pressure transducer, or the short high temp vacuum hose to the transducer is burnt/dryed out and split. I've replaced all 3 equally. I mean, there's no one part that is known for going out all the time. But any one of them does go out eventually.
