Generally on cars you would not go more than 3% larger but on most trucks you can go up to 15% larger.
One of the OEM sizes for your truck is 215/65R15 which produces 800 revolutions per mile.
A 215/70R15 tire will produce 776 revolutions per mile which is only a 3% difference which is no problem.
Just remember your speedometer and odometer will be off by 3%. For every 1000 miles traveled your odometer will only register 970 miles.
A 215/70R15 tire btw is actually 26.8 inches in diameter
