Weird Engine Noise.... Celica GT-S 2002?
Ok, kinda a few details here... basicaly i got two sounds but they could be the same sound... when im driving, i get a sort of shhhhh sound like when some one shushes some one, but it comes and goes... usualy in 5th or 6th gear, sometimes 5th, always 6th, when in 6th it comes in around 50mph and stops about 60mph, the noise is usualy between 45 and 60 when it comes it... its so weird, any ideas? Also i have a friend who works at a car garage and he looked at it, when we popped the hood and twisted the throttle, to rev it up a bit it sounds like air pouring out or being sucked in, but i cant tell from where, seems like the left underside of the engine, but my intake is on the top right and exhaust comes out front and drops down into pipe... any ideas? i need to get it figured out before i put my new CAI, header and exhaust in... thanks
